Husband & wife team Henry & Aisling Nicholson opened Gazebo's for business in March 06, and the clientele has been expanding ever since. Gazebo's A la Carte Menu is run Wed - Sat from 7-9 pm and this menu is what Gourmet Fantasies are made of. Creamy Seafood Chowder for just €6.50!! Baked Timbale of Goats Cheese, with a red onion & ginger scented marmadale and drizzled with a basil oil. Pan-fried Toulouse Sausage with Dijon mash and smothered in a Dill flavoured cream. And for Mains Roast Duckling with a Walnut and Orange Segment Stuffing, glazed with a Grand Marnier Scented Jus or Moist Risotto with spinach & Pea, sprinkled with parmesan shavings and topped with a herb oil. Mouthwatering indeed.
